Insuco Colombia co-organised a workshop with the Canadian Embassy and Boréalis

Mar 2019 | News from Insuco

Our Colombian office co-organised on the 29th of March 2019 a workshop together with the Canadian Embassy and Boréalis, entitled “Lessons learnt and innovations in complaint management systems”. This event was held in Bogotá in the framework of the Forum for Responsible Business Conduct, organised by the Embassy. We believe that the capacity of companies to manage the complaints and requests of their stakeholders, and engage them in inclusive participation processes, is key to foster the sustainable development of both their operations and the territories. Thank you again to all the attendees for their valuable inputs!
