Mission:
As part of a feasibility study for the development of a large-scale industrial project, Insuco was solicited to carry out a socio-environmental baseline study, to identify the stakeholders and to build the associated stakeholder management plan.
Results:
The client received a set of operational tools to support decision-making process, based on a deep understanding of the territory social issues and dynamics:
- A synthesis of applicable national and international laws and norms
- A stakeholder mapping, as well as the associated management plan
- A social baseline for the project influence area
- An environmental baseline for the project influence area
