Insuco was retained to conduct the OHS with a gender focus diagnostic of the Haitian company WINECO as it recently received a loan from IDB Invest in the frame of the construction of new fuel storage tanks. This diagnostic was part of the IADB social compliance requirements that WINECO seeks to meet.
Results:
The deliverables provided are as follows:
- Evaluation of the gender, health, and safety situation at work
- Updated occupational health and safety protocol
- Training module to present the new protocol to Wineco employees
- Feedback workshop module
