Mission:
The aim of the project was to establish a multi-stakeholder dialogue mechanism that would help to strengthen the social management of the Cerro Blanco project, as well as relations between the company and local stakeholders, in order to consolidate a territorial development process characterised by economic prosperity, social inclusion and environmental sustainability.
Results:
The project is based on the following components:
- Dialogue with national and local stakeholders, to generate a record of activities.
- Characterisation and mapping of players
- Dialogue strategy based on studies and mapping
- Training for staff, stakeholders and communities.
- Transformative leadership programme
- System of development councils
