Pascal Rey made a presentation in Conakry on land tenure in the context of the DPDDA project (USAID)
On 16 June Pascal Rey (MD INSUCO) gave a presentation in Conakry on the main principles of land tenure in Guinea in the context of the DPDDA project (French acronym for property law and the development of artisanal diamond mining), funded by USAID. The presentation was followed up by a debate on land tenure issues in rural areas and reforms.
