Comprehensive ESG Consultancy for AUNA involving Risk Analysis, Materiality Assessment, and the Development of a Sustainability Strategy to Strengthen Healthcare Operations across Peru, Colombia, and Mexico
Mission:
Insuco executed a multi-phased consultancy to bolster Auna’s ESG management. The team consisted of six specialized experts, including a Project Director, ESG Analysts, and Senior Human Rights Specialists.
The intervention was structured into four key components:
- Alignment and Planning: Conducted preliminary interviews and documentation reviews to establish a baseline for regional operations.
- Risk Analysis and Action Plans: Performed a detailed 2023 materiality analysis and ESG risk assessments. This included stakeholder mapping and a dedicated Human Rights Due Diligence process to identify and mitigate potential social gaps.
- ESG Sustainability Strategy: Designed strategic tools and scorecards to monitor compliance with KPIs and sustainability goals.
- Capacity Building: Facilitated training initiatives to empower Auna’s regional teams with sustainable management best practices.
Results:
The mission resulted in a comprehensive Risk and Materiality Analysis Report, providing Auna with actionable insights and mitigation measures. By applying international benchmarks, Insuco helped define a clear roadmap for Auna’s sustainability goals. This accompaniment ensured that Auna met its critical deadlines while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in its environmental and social performance.
