Legal review for the Goubet wind farm project

Mission:
Within the framework of the Goubet wind farm project, Insuco was mandated by ERM to carry out a legal review on several themes (labour, health, safety, environment) in order to have a global vision of the legislative framework in force in Djibouti, to identify the potential permits necessary for the construction of wind turbines, the actions to be taken in order to respect the legislative framework in terms of working conditions, safety measures etc.
