Final evaluation of Rary Aro Mada (RAM) project – support for the protection of young human rights defenders and peacebuilders, a guarantee of social peace and community cohesion

Mission:

The Rary Aro Mada (RAM) project – support for the protection of young human rights defenders and peace-builders, a guarantee of social peace and community cohesion – aims to contribute to the commitment of young people, without discrimination, as vectors of peace and promoters of human rights. The RAM project took place between January 2021 and January 2023 in Madagascar’s six provincial capitals (Antsiranana, Toamasina, Mahajanga, Antananarivo, Fianarantsoa and Toliara) and in the three capitals of landlocked regions (Sambava, Morondava and Fort-Dauphin).

Insuco has been commissioned to carry out an independent final evaluation of the project, in accordance with the Peacebuilding Fund’s (PBF) monitoring and evaluation policies and procedures.
