Yeri Kambiré participated in the International Workshop of UNESCO Chair “Shared Development Challenges: generate knowledge, understanding and action”

Yeri Kambiré (Project Assistant for Insuco Burkina Faso) participated on the 04th of June 2018 in the International Workshop of UNESCO Chair focused on the topic “land issues and sustainable development perspectives: what challenges for Africa?”, where she presented a paper about natural resource management in the pastoral area of Tapoa-Boopo, eastern region of Burkina Faso. Through this example were analysed the challenges that land-use planning strategies can face in Burkina Faso rural areas, such as the imbalances that can be induced by policies aiming at supporting a sustainable management of natural resources.
