Publication: Employment, informality, and women’s well-being in the mining and energy sector in times of pandemic
We are pleased to announce the publication of the research report on Employment, informality, and well-being of women in the mining and energy sector in times of pandemic, elaborated in the framework of the Project to support the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Colombia in the implementation of the Gender Equity Guidelines for the mining and energy sector, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank and executed by Insuco and CoreWoman.
The objective of this work is to quantify, contextualize and explain how the crisis generated by COVID-19 has had a differentiated impact on women in the mining and energy sector and thus propose solutions for a sustainable, inclusive, and gender-focused economic reactivation.
