Mission:
Train a local firm (AMERI) to implement an impact monitoring and evaluation protocol we designed for a mining project. Training focused on:
- Tool design
- Data collection
- Training of surveyors
- Processing and analysing the data collected, in particular in the use of scoreboards
Results:
The client regularly uses this local firm to monitor and measure their social impact. Today, the local firm works regularly for many other mining companies that are operating in the country.
