Mission:
The mission consisted of assisting Société Autoroutière du Gabon (SAG) in the implementation of resettlement in the framework of its Transgabonaise project in Gabon.
Results:
The following deliverables were provided to the client:
- A project status report (focus on resettlement) to improve current practices.
- The implementation of an operational monitoring tool for the project (dashboard with indicators).
- Planning for monitoring the resettlement process.
