Mission:
The project aimed to construct a corporate relationship and sustainability policy for Collective Mining. This was intended to guide a process of planning and defining the company’s social, environmental, and governance strategy in the territory. his project also aimed to establish tools and processes to evaluate the social, environmental, and reputational impacts of the organization’s activities, fostering the implementation of management and mitigation measures.
Results:
The following deliverables were given to the client:

- Review of social investment principles in the energy transition mining sector.
- Review of relevant stakeholders.
- Internal dialogue sessions.
