Mission:
On behalf of AFD and ANTEA, implementation of the national solid waste management program of Jordan with the development of specific plans and frameworks related to the analysis of environmental and social risks.
Results:
The successive missions carried out in 2016 and 2017 allowed to produce a methodology for the analysis of environmental and social risks (Screening Methodology), an environmental and social management framework and a framework for a population resettlement plan. Results were presented to the local partner authorities as well as to the stakeholders during a European Union symposium in Amman.
