Recent and ongoing projects

Mission:

Insuco was mandated to propose modifications and amendments to the strategical planning 2018-2023 document of Enabel in Guinea, in order to strengthen the general coherence of the document and identify synergies between the different intervention components.

Results:

The following services were carried out by Insuco:

• Validation of 3 promising agricultural value chains in Guinea, considering their socio-economic potential, as well as the challenges, constraints and risks they have to face, or proposition of other alternative value chains
• Identification of entrepreneurial development opportunities for these value chains
• Design of a monitoring and evaluation process for the program, in order to be able to measure both its level of execution and its impact on beneficiaries
• Strengthening of the strategy global coherency for the 2018-2023 portfolio in Guinea, by identifying complementary lines between the several interventions and by integrating spatial dimension (rural-urban link)
