Social and economic impacts study of the sewerage network design update, under the Sanitary Sewerage Project System 3 (Phases 2 and 3)
Mission:
As part of the construction of the Sanitary Sewer System 3 Project, Phases 2 and 3, the Municipal Water and Sewerage Company (EMAPAG) has requested the preparation of a report on the disaffections of the sanitary sewerage networks (AASS) in the Sergio Toral 1 cooperative. The report focuses on the International Public Bidding (LPI-4) and aims to analyze whether, due to the updates and optimization of the layout at the engineering level, there are impacts related to physical or economic displacements identified during the study phase of the Resettlement Action Plan carried out in 2022.
The main objective is to carry out a comparative analysis between the updated layout of the LPI4 and the impacts determined in the Resettlement Action Plan Study for the construction of sanitary sewer system 3 networks and pumping stations (phases 2 and 3) in order to determine if the possible impacts determined in the RAP are not affected by the updated engineering design.
