Mission:
Following the takeover of oil concessions in Gabon, Assala Energy organized a seminar on social risk management with all of its teams meeting in London. In this context, Insuco was asked to participate in the animation of the workshop and to co-construct strategic lines of intervention for the management of needs related to the integration of the project into its territory and to manage social risks.
Results:
Insuco submitted the following products to the client:
- Facilitation of the workshop;
- A concrete proposal for a social risk management policy;
- A presentation of best practices in the sector in Africa;
- A report outlining key aspects raised during the seminar.
