Mission:
As part of its contract with Red Sea Power, Ibis Environmental Social Consulting commissioned Insuco to provide local support for the environmental and social monitoring of the project.
The activities carried out by Insuco were as follows:
- Project scoping: review of project context and document, development of stakeholder engagement strategy in consultation with Ibis
- Stakeholder engagement: site visit, interviews with company management and stakeholders of the Red Sea Power wind farm.
Results:
Insuco produced the following deliverables:
- A visit and stakeholder engagement report,
- A detailed description of the main problems observed on site,
- A list of interviews conducted and their minutes.
