Social Management Plan
Client : Maboumine (Eramet Group)
Mission:
To carry out a study on the people and their activities and assets in the mining project buffer zone, to propose scenarii to manage this buffer zone and develop Action Plans for each scenario, describing their implications.
Results:
The client received all the elements needed to know the community and understand the practices observed in the mining project’s buffer zone, as well as an operational management plan for this area compliant with international standards and national regulations.
