Mission:
As part of a feasibility study for the development of a large-scale industrial project, Insuco was solicited to identify the stakeholders, build a stakeholder engagement plan, carry out a socio-economic baseline, assess the social risks associated to the project and design a social management plan.
Results:
The client received a set of operational tools to support decision-making process, based on a deep understanding of the territory social issues and dynamics:
- A synthesis of applicable national and international laws and norms
- A stakeholder mapping, as well as the associated participation plan
- A social baseline for the project influence area
- A social impact study, as well as a social management plan
