Mission:
The Firmenich Foundation commissioned Insuco Haiti to carry out social due diligence and provide regular technical support on project documentation, remotely and face-to-face, to the project’s local management team.
Results:
Insuco provided the following services:
- Diagnosis of the needs of the local project management team through 4 individual interviews, 3 focus groups and an infrastructure observation questionnaire;
- Development and implementation of regular bespoke technical support for the local project management team, both remotely and face-to-face.
Insuco submitted a needs assessment report and recommendations for technical assistance.
