Social Compliance Audit of an Automotive Manufacturing Site of a French Multinational in Tangier, Morocco
Mission:
GoodCorporation was commissioned to assess the business practices of a Moroccan company operating in the automotive sector and a subsidiary of a French multinational. The assessment focused in particular on the company’s relationships with its employees, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
As part of this assignment, Insuco supported GoodCorporation during the field mission conducted at the industrial site in Tangier by reviewing the company’s practices and documentation against the applicable social and labour law requirements in Morocco.
Results:
The assignment enabled the team to:
- Gather the views of key stakeholders, through interviews with the company’s managers, employees, clients and suppliers;
- Review the company’s documentation and social practices, including its internal regulations, registers and procedures;
- Identify compliance gaps and develop corrective recommendations, contributing to GoodCorporation’s final assessment report.
