Mission:
To prepare the socio-economic baseline studies for an iron ore project covering the mine and associated infrastructures.
- To produce statistical data in a context where agricultural, economic, social, health, education and infrastructure data are non-existent,
- To assess and measure impacts for the construction, mining and closure phases,
- To propose impact monitoring and evaluation indicators
Results:
The client received a socio-economic baseline that complies with international and national standards as well as an operational and effective impact monitoring and mitigation tool.
