Mission to develop the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) of San-Pédro Multipurpose Industrial Terminal

Mission:
The mission consisted (i) in conducting consultations in order to gather the perceptions of various stakeholders regarding San-Pédro Multipurpose Industrial Terminal (TIPSP), (ii) in mapping the project stakeholders and (iii) in establishing a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP). Additionally, the project social impacts were identified and assessed, and measures were proposed to mitigate negative impacts / improve positive impacts. A Social Management Plan (SMP) was formulated to implement these measures, and the information was compiled into a Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report.
Results:
The following deliverables were provided to the client:
- A Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP)
- A Social Impact Assessment (SIA) including the Social Management Plan (SMP)
- The reports of the public consultations
