Mission:
Conduct a participatory analysis of communities’ perceptions of potential project risks and develop a set of tools to map all stakeholders and define tailored engagement strategies. This assignment was carried out during the transition from the exploration to construction phases of the mining project development process.
Results:
The client received a turnkey stakeholder analysis and mapping tool and recommendations to guide the social management of the project and address the identified risks.
