The assignment consisted in carrying out a scoping study of the key components required for the implementation of the Livelihood Restoration Plan for the East Bank Demerara Road Improvement Project (EBDR), with the aim of having a clear and structured roadmap before the starting of works. The mission included identifying potential challenges and proposing actionable solutions to support a sustainable and effective rollout of the LRP.
Results:
The following deliverables were given to the client:
- Preliminary scoping report;
- Final scoping report.
