As part of a pre-feasibility study for the development of an industrial project, identify the main social risks associated with the project and develop a social impact statement with a plan to mitigate negative impacts and proposals to promote stakeholder engagement.
Résultat :
The client received a set of decision-making tools based on knowledge of the social dynamics of their area of influence, in particular:
- A detailed stakeholder mapping
- An analysis of their perceptions of the project
- An analysis of the potential social impacts and key issues
