Mission:
The project aimed to implement the best practices in order to reconcile economic development and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystem services. A better understanding of the institutional and legal environment in Guinea was required.
Results:
Insuco carried out an analysis of the current regulatory framework in Guinea and of its constraints and requirement level regarding the objective of net non-loss of biodiversity. An analysis of institutional stakeholders’ capacity to implement the project has been produced as well.
