Conception of AMC bauxitic project Resettlement Action Plan
Client : AMC
Mission:
Provide a detailed operational plan regarding the communities displacement as part of a bauxitic project in the Boké Region. The plan included in particular:
- A legal review of national and international obligations in this area
- The proposed strategy, in accordance with legal requirements
- An institutional framework for the implementation
- The identification of all forms of local possession
- A grievance management plan
- A mapping of all these points
- All tools for implementation
Results:
The client received an operational tool to assist him in planning and anticipating displacements through a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) in accordance with IFC international standards
