Conduct an audit of a Resettlement Action Plan as part of the mining project development process. Activities included:
- Validating the People Affected by the Project (PAP) census
- Conducting an asset inventory
- Producing a compensation matrix
Results:
The client received a set of operational tools for identifying and awarding compensation to the PAP.
