Mission:

Insuco was engaged to facilitate a strategic, participatory process to review and redesign Collective Mining’s corporate sustainability strategy. The client expected a structured space to critically assess current approaches, identify strengths and gaps, and generate clear, actionable priorities aligned with international, national, and local development agendas.

The process involved the company’s senior management and community relations teams, ensuring that both strategic and operational perspectives were integrated. Insuco mobilized expertise in sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and territorial development to guide discussions and frame key insights.

Results:

Key deliverables included the design and facilitation of a full-day workshop, as well as a synthesis report outlining the main conclusions, strategic axes, and recommendations for the formulation of subsequent action plans.

The outcomes of this work provide the client with a clearer strategic direction, strengthen internal alignment, and support more effective engagement with stakeholders.
