Market analysis, capacity building, and the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and business plans for six community-based organisations in Cesar and La Guajira - Colombia

Mission:
The main objective of the project was to design and implement mechanisms to mobilize social investors and strategic partners, in order to enhance and strengthen the productive initiatives of prioritized communities in Cesar and La Guajira. The project promoted business dynamics, economic diversification, and the positioning of community enterprises.
Results:
- Work Plan / methodological roadmap.
- Mapping of social investors, partner institutions, and key stakeholders
- Six (6) business plans to boost community-based entrepreneurial initiatives
- Promotion, visibility, and positioning plan for productive projects
- Report documenting the participation of community representatives in national, local, and regional events
- Mapping of existing sales platforms to identify commercialization opportunities
