Mission:
The assignment was to develope a workshop for leaders of the communities in the area of influence of UNACEM Ecuador, in order to articulate leadership and motivational actions for women; raise awareness of social, family and equity issues; and provide tools to link women with entities and/or programs in protection routes in cases of human rights violations.
Results:
The project was structured around the following components :
- Development of a knowledge base form
- Collection of information
- Preparatory workshop with panelists on kew conceptos
- Workshop with leaders
- Preparation of content and practical tools
