Client : Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (European Union funding)
Mission:
On the basis of an anthropological study, carry out a baseline assessment of factors blocking communication and awareness-raising around the Ebola virus and develop a set of tools to facilitate integration of awareness-raising into the fight against Ebola within local social organisations.
Results:
The client received a kit of information sheets explaining the different situations blocking awareness-raising and proposing solutions to overcome them. An institutional arrangement was proposed to strengthen the awareness-raising process. Training was given to government officials and representatives of local authorities.
