Recent and ongoing projects

Mission:

Insuco was mandated to assist GIZ and partners as a National Process Facilitator for the “Lead the Change for Social Protection” Program in Cambodia, which seeks to build the capacity of upper and top-senior management government officials to lead social protection reforms, improve understanding of challenges, and foster coalitions for change. Through collaboration, capacity building, and contextualized methodologies, the program empowers Cambodian decision-makers to drive effective reforms.

Results:

• Onboarding: Familiarising the National Process Facilitators with the programme’s methodology and their respective roles.
• Interviews: Conducting one-on-one preparatory interviews with approximately 15 participants to understand their experiences, challenges, and expectations, which will inform the design of the programme.
• Workshops: Co-facilitating 3 major workshops that will engage participants in thematic discussions and action planning related to social protection reforms.
• Accompaniment: Close collaboration with GIZ and Reos Partners The national while building strong relationships with the country team and ensured ongoing engagement throughout the programme.
