Recent and ongoing projects

Mission:

This project corresponded to the second phase of dialogue initiated by Insuco in 2021, where the identification and activation of social actors was carried out, and the pilot implementation of the Governance Dialogue Table “El Congreso “. The second phase consisted of implementing multi-stakeholder dialogue tables with the communities in the area of influence of the Curipamba Mining Project, so that they become spaces of co-responsibility in the development and transformation of the territory and incorporate a measurement and learning system.

Results:

The following activities were implemented :

• Adjustment of the work plan
• Documentary review
• Updating of the mapping of social and strategic actors.
• Creation of the structure, regulations and convening mechanism of the Dialogue Tables.
• Implementation of the Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue Tables: Governance, Community Investment, Community Safety and Security, Employment and Local Contracting, Environmental Monitoring.
• Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness and quality of the dialogue.
• Capacity building of the local Curimining Community Relations team.
