Mission:
The mission consisted of semi-structured surveys, participatory workshops and focus groups for different types of stakeholders.An analysis of stakeholder perceptions of social performance strategy and actions was conducted and developed through an evaluation report.
Results:
The following deliverables were given to the client:
- An evaluation report on Assala Gabon’s social performance strategy (2018-2021), including survey questionnaires, minutes of meetings and focus group summaries, maps and recommendations for action.
