External Final Evaluation of the PASSREL Project Supporting Equitable Sexual and Reproductive Health for Adolescents in the Commune of Croix-des-Bouquets
Mission:
The Fondation Paul Gérin-Lajoie (FPGL), in consortium with the Canadian Association of Midwives (CAM) and three Haitian partners — the Foundation for Reproductive Health and Family Education (FOSREF), the Association of Midwives of Haiti (ASFH), and the Haitian Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (SHOG) — joined forces to implement the “Project to Support Equitable Sexual and Reproductive Health” (PASSREL) in the commune of Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti.
The project, whose activities concluded in September 2025, was scheduled for a final external evaluation based on the six main criteria of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC): Relevance, Coherence, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, and Sustainability.
