Mission:
Planning and development of dialogue strategies that incorporate various stakeholders in the area of influence of Minería Colectiva, with the aim of establishing lines of action towards energy transition, climate change management and social investment. The dialogue strategy included round tables and discussion workshops, the definition of indicators and awareness raising on strategic plans.
Results:
The following products were delivered to the customer:
- Working surface.
- Matrix of links between the lines of action of the actors involved in the dialogue, giving priority to actions related to Energy Transition and Climate Change.
- Minutes of the workshop of the dialogue table
- Framework agreement signed by the actors linked to the dialogue platforms
- Concerted strategic plan and roadmap for territorial transitions
