Mission:

The Government of Indonesia has decided to support renewable energy consumption by setting targets for 2025 and beyond. One of the key players in the development of renewable energy consumption is the Indonesian electricity company Perusahaan Listrik Negara (“PLN”). Through the construction of a new 200MW wind farm in the province of Banten on the island of Java, PLN is also contributing to the RUKN 2025 target. This Project is supported by the French Development Agency (AFD) which provides technical and financial capacities to develop the Project.

The objective of the assignment is to carry out the full feasibility study for the selected site in Banten Province (ESIA, RAP, SEP, support and capacity building), following the pre-feasibility stage.

Results:

The following deliverables will be submitted to the client:

  • A scoping report including a preliminary Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP);
  • An Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA – AMDAL) including an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP – RKL/RPL);
  • A Resettlement Action Plan (RAP).
