Mission:
The assignment was to carry out socio-economic surveys and asset surveys for people affected by the project as well as environmental data collection in both dry and wet season. AFC expected Insuco to provide these services to secure international financing. This included conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), biodiversity analysis, land use and climate risk assessments, Stakeholder Engagement Plans (SEP), and Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) along with a Livelihoods Restoration Plan (LRP) as well as a Waste Management Plan.
