Environmental study in Tadjourah Bay

Mission:
As part of a project aiming at improving the capacity of maritime transport between Tadjourah and Djibouti-city, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has the objective to develop a new ferry service. Insuco was mandated to provide an environmental study in Tadjourah Bay, which includes field studies about seabed sediment, noise, vibration, air quality, water quality and corals.
Results:
Insuco provided a first assessment report about seabed sediment, noise, vibration and air quality. A second report regarding water quality and the condition of corals in Tadjourah Bay was also produced.
