Mission:
To support its exploration activities in Laos, Annamite Resources sought the services of Insuco to deliver environmental and social risk management training to selected staff members as well as to its partner, Lao Consulting Group (LCG).
Results:
Insuco designed a two-day training programme focusing on IFC Performance Standards, E&S risk management throughout the lifecycle of exploration and mining projects, and a deep-dive into contextual challenges.
Following participatory discussions during the training activities, Insuco delivered to the client a roadmap for social risk management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and benefit-sharing.
