Mission:
The mission consisted in conducting property inventories, a socio-economic survey and a qualitative survey among the people affected by the project regarding the road impacts on access/transport. Insuco also compiled these studies with the environmental study conducted by the national office BCQEE, using the standard format for Environmental and Social Impact Notices (ESIN) applied in Burkina Faso.
Results:
The following deliverables were provided to the client:
- A comprehensive Environmental and Social Impact Notice (ESIN), for submission to the National Environmental Assessment Office
- A property inventory report
- Some guidelines for the elaboration of the Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP)
