Mission:
As part of its project appraisal process, the French Development Agency (AFD) commissioned Insuco to (i) conduct a situational analysis and (ii) formulate operational intervention opportunities to address the issues identified and selected jointly with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development and AFD.
Results:
The following deliverables were submitted to the client:
- Scoping note.
- Intermediate deliverable: legal review, gap analysis, analysis of interviews and document review, risk analysis and mitigation, logical framework for intervention.
- Final deliverable: Budgeted concept note for an intervention project.
- Powerpoint presentation with the results of the study.
