Mission:
The mission consisted in:
- Developing an Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), which identifies the social and environmental positive / negative impacts associated with the CAETP project, as well as measures to mitigate negative impacts and optimise positive ones
- Developing a Gender Action Plan (GAP), which includes entry points and proposals for different approaches in order to address PACTE gender challenges
Results:
Following the implementation of a document and legal review, as well as semi-directive interviews, the following deliverables were produced:
- An Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF)
- An Environmental and Social Engagement Plan (ESEP)
- A Gender Action Plan (GAP)
