Mission:
The mission consisted in:
- Assessing the institutional situation of the rural land service and land commissions in the impacted municipality (Niankorodougou)
- Designing an approach for the delivery of Certificates, together with the community relationship department of Wahgnion Gold Operation (WGO) Project
Results:
The following products were delivered to the client:
- Legal and institutional review regarding rural land tenure in Burkina Faso
- Analysis of the institutional situation of land securing authorities in Niankorodougou municipality
- Approach for the delivery of certificates, with the associated roadmap
