The prokect consisted of the elaboration of three local Concerted Fisheries Management Plans (PACP) for the bays of Bombetoka and Mahajamba located in the Mahajanga II district in the Boeny region, as well as for the bay of Sahamalaza, located in the Analalava district in the Sofia region.
Results:
The following deliverables were provided to the client:
- Initial report: methodology, draft roadmap, and implementation timeline.
- Intermediate report: global diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, draft final report.
- Final report: Local PACPs and their respective PMOs (Implementations plans) validated by stakeholders.
