- Bring the populations to understand the advantages of managing their water points and to adhere to their use;
- Bring the populations to a better understanding of the content and scope of the responsibility pact;
- Getting the populations to accept to pay for water services and to promote an effective management of all water points.
Results:
The following deliverables were provided to the client:
- A methodology note;
- A stakeholder engagement report;
- Participatory tools;
- A report on the implementation of the participatory mechanism.
