Mission:
Identify the prerequisites for ensuring private sector partners engage in Corporate Social Responsibility to enable the Republic of Djibouti to meet its climate change adaptation and resilience objectives; produce a detailed action plan and organise a forum for all stakeholders to validate the recommendations.
Results:
The client received a report that included a definition of CSR specific to Djibouti, a review of the legal framework, stakeholder mapping, examples of CSR initiatives in Djibouti, recommendations for improving CSR engagement, and a detailed roadmap for implementing these recommendations. A stakeholder forum to validate the recommendations was held in the Palais du Peuple.
